City landing pages, paid-ad funnels and a review request tool for a local installer, plus a photo audit that caught someone else's work passing as theirs.
Measured on the project. Nothing rounded up, nothing projected.
What I built
Nine local landing pages built keyword first, plus four buyer guides written under a strict rule: no invented prices.
Three paid-ad landing funnels wired into the CRM with lead tracking, so every click can be followed to a contact.
A review request sender for the office: search the CRM, preview the exact text on a phone mockup, edit it, send. It refuses to text anyone marked do-not-disturb and warns before texting the same person again within 72 hours.
Mockups with sample data. The way the system works is real.
- Sample data
01 / 03The lead audit traced the funnel end to end before anyone trusted it.
- Sample data
02 / 03The review sender previews the exact text on a phone before the office sends it.
- Sample data
03 / 03The photo audit: a picture has to prove where it came from before it goes on a page.
The photo audit
The site carried 229 images. Only 38 were verified real installs. 81 were left over from an unrelated franchise in another state. I built a provenance check so a photo has to prove where it came from before it goes on a page, and it has already caught two hero images credited to the wrong job.
The lead audit
Before trusting the funnel, I checked it end to end: 102 submissions, 220 contacts, 68 opportunities, zero lost leads and zero missing fields.

The client is kept anonymous. Every number on this page was measured on the project. Photos are stock and screens are mockups with sample data.
