Win-back texts that fill the schedule

Most home-service companies are sitting on years of past customers who were never asked back. A win-back campaign finds the ones who are due, drafts the text, and hands it to your office to send.

When replies come in, they land on one list sorted by what each customer asked, and the yeses become jobs on the calendar.

Picture it

Your busy season is coming. Past customers who are due get a text from your office, and the yeses turn into booked jobs.

Who it is for

Seasonal and repeat-service businesses: tune-ups, startups and shutdowns, maintenance plans, annual inspections. Anyone with a customer list longer than the office has time to call.

What you get

  • A list of who to text, built from your own customer history
  • Seasonal and service-due targeting
  • Drafted messages your office approves before anything sends
  • Every reply sorted onto one list
  • Booked jobs written into your field-service calendar
How it works

From first call to running every day.

  1. Read your history

We pull past customers and jobs from the software you already run.

  2. Pick who is due

By season, by service, by how long it has been.

  3. Your office sends

The system drafts. A person on your team presses send.

  4. Book the replies

The yeses go on the schedule with a tech and an arrival window.

Questions

The questions owners ask first.

Is an AI going to be texting my customers?

No. The system picks who to text and drafts the message. Someone in your office presses send, every time.

Do I need new software for this?

No. It sits beside your field-service software and reads from it. You keep what you run.

What reply rate should I expect?

We will not promise you a number. On one irrigation company's fall campaign, 208 customers had been texted by late September and 127 had replied, a 61% reply rate. Your list and your season will be different.

What if my customer list is a mess?

Then we fix that first. A campaign is only as good as the list behind it, and we have rebuilt one where a broken sync had overwritten 241 customer names.
