Local search built on real demand

Local search is how a homeowner finds you when they type "ac repair" or "sprinkler repair" plus the name of their town. We find out what people in your service area really search for, then build the city pages and service pages that answer it.

The data comes first. If almost nobody searches for something, we tell you, even when it is the thing you wanted to rank for.

Picture it

Someone searches "ac repair" plus their town, and the page they land on was built for exactly that search.

Who it is for

Home-service companies that work a set of cities and want the calls from each one, and owners who suspect their site is aimed at the wrong searches.

What you get

  • Search demand mapped for each city you serve
  • City and service pages written from scratch, with no copy duplicated between them
  • Structured data that matches what each page says
  • Pages for the niches your competitors are ignoring
  • A plain list of which searches are worth chasing and which are not
How it works

From first call to running every day.

  1. Pull the search data

Every city you serve and every service you offer, with real monthly search counts.

  2. Find the gaps

Where the demand is, where your site is missing it, and which niches nobody is serving.

  3. Build the pages

City and service pages written for those searches, with your own job photos.

  4. Launch with analytics

So you can see which pages bring people in.

Questions

The questions owners ask first.

How long until I rank?

It depends on your market and your competitors, and anyone who promises a date up front is guessing. What we can promise is that every page is aimed at searches people actually make.

What if the searches I want do not exist?

Then we tell you. For one HVAC company, every commercial term the owner first asked for came back at 0 to 40 searches a month, so the site was rebuilt around the 6,710 a month that were real.

Are your city pages all the same page with a new town name?

No. Each one is written on its own. On that HVAC project, 18 city pages were re-pointed at real demand with zero duplicated sentences between any two of them.
